At our store, we aim to ensure that all electronics and appliances delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, if you encounter any issues, we’re here to assist you under the following terms:
1. Return Eligibility
- Product is defective, damaged, or dead-on arrival (DOA)
- You received the wrong item
- Product is incomplete or missing accessories
Note: Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
2. Return Timeframe
- Claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Requests after this period will not be accepted
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
- A clear video while opening the parcel is required
- The video must show:
- Sealed package
- Opening process
- Product condition
Important: Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
4. Condition Requirements
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Include invoice, warranty card, manuals, and accessories
5. Non-Returnable Cases
- Used, installed, or tampered products
- Damaged or incomplete packaging
- Missing proof (unboxing video)
- Late requests (after allowed time)
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchange allowed for same product or same category (if approved)
- Subject to stock availability
- Price differences may apply
- Late exchanges may include a deduction fee
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds only if replacement is not available
- Processing time: 2–3 working days
- Transfer time: 3–5 working days
- Refund methods: Bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
8. How to Request a Return
- Contact via WhatsApp or Customer Support
- Provide order number, issue details, and video proof

9. Company Rights
- We may reject claims that do not meet policy conditions
